Tunbridge Wells Staff:
Nigel Southall Area manager
Education background, taught for 21 years in England, 18 years
with Barnardos in Kent. Diploma in I.T. Working for Winfield for almost
eleven years. Member of the Institute for Learning.
Lynne Jones Has
worked with a major child care charity for twelve years, joined Winfield
seven years ago, a part time member of staff.
Anne
Osborne - Born in Yorkshire, now living in Dartford. Worked for
10 years in various offices as an Administrator then took time out to
become a housewife and carer. Took computer courses at college to update
skills in 2004, achieving Advanced Level. Become a Trainer at the same
college before joining Winfield in 2005.
Maidstone Staff:
Susan Iverson Fifteen years
experience in setting up and running mental health training and rehabilitation
projects, in both the voluntary and statutory sectors. Joined the first
Winfield Trust computer centre in Tunbridge wells as a trainer/counsellor
in March 1997. Moved to Maidstone to set up and manage the second centre
in March 2001.
Christine Burton - Joined us from Bexley college, lives in Swanscombe,
married with children and grandchildren.

Chatham Staff:
Sandra
Hall - Sandra joined Winfield in 2001. She worked at the Maidstone
project for four and a half years before moving to Chatham to run the
new project there. Sandra qualified as an Advanced IT Trainer in 1998
and worked as an instructor in a government department before moving
to Winfield. Sandra grew up in Gillingham and now lives in Chatham with
her husband and two children.
Carlina
Turner - various office experience and completed Clait and ClaIT
plus. Now training as a training provider.
Dartford Staff:
Julia Butterfield
- Twelve years experience in Industry and Further Education. Qualified
with a range of ICT Diplomas and Certificates, Advanced Certificate
in Education (2002) and Certificate in the delivery of Life and Basic
Skills(2002). Senior IT Instructor/Trainer in various education and
public sector roles before joining Winfield in 2009.
Han
Dunsterville - after gaining experience in a multitude of industries
as a 'career temp'- began volunteering for a housing estate's IT Centre
in 2002, became a full time commercial IT trainer in 2004, gaining the
IT Trainers' coveted TAP trainer accreditation. She continues to drive
forward her professional responsibilities towards learners, completing
a PGCE in Post 16 education in 2008. Is a member of the Institute for
Learning, prior to joining Winfield in 2009.
